Customer terms

Last updated: 14 October 2026. These are the plain-English terms for every website we build. You agree to them before we start work.

1. Monthly plan (£0 upfront, £39 a month)

• The minimum term is 12 months, starting the day your site goes live.
• Payment is monthly in advance by Direct Debit.
• If you end the plan within the first 12 months, the remaining months up to 12 are still due.
• After 12 months the plan continues month to month. You can cancel with 30 days' notice.

2. Who owns what

• Your web address (domain) is registered in your name and is always yours.
• Your own content, such as your logo, photos and text you send us, is always yours.
• On the monthly plan, the website design and code are licensed to you while the plan is active. They become yours when you buy the site (section 3).

3. Leaving or buying your site

• After 12 months: when you cancel, you can keep your site for a one-off £199. We send you the full site files or move them to your chosen host. If you don't take this option, the site closes at the end of your notice period.
• Any time: you can switch to owning the site outright for £395, minus £100 if you have already paid 6 or more monthly payments. Hosting then continues at £15 a month, or you can move it elsewhere.

4. Buy outright plan (£395 plus £15 a month hosting)

• The site is yours once the £395 is paid in full.
• Hosting is monthly, with no minimum term. Cancel with 30 days' notice and we send you the site files.
• Changes after launch cost from £20 each, agreed before we do them.

5. Our promises

• Your site goes live within 7 days of you approving the preview, unless we are waiting on information from you.
• On the monthly plan, small changes (text, prices, photos, opening hours) are done within 2 working days.
• If a payment is more than 14 days late, we may take the site offline until it is paid.
