* On the monthly plan you can buy your site whenever you like, and every payment you've made counts. Each one takes £20 off the £395 build price. So after a year of monthly payments, you'd pay £155 once to own your site, and from then on just £15 a month (or £95 a year) for hosting. Keep paying monthly and after 20 payments the site is yours at no extra cost, and your bill drops to £15 a month for hosting, or £95 if you pay yearly. Your web address costs about £10 a year and is registered in your name on both plans. Full details in our customer terms.

This example was built for a made-up heating engineer, but every site we make has the same parts: professional photos, online booking, a postcode checker, reviews and a live "open now" status. Yours is built around your projects.
Straight answers
Can I add new projects myself?
You don't need to. Send us photos and a few lines about the job and we'll add it for you, usually within 2 working days.
Can the site help filter out time-wasters?
Yes. The enquiry form can ask about the type of project, rough budget and timing, so you can decide which jobs are worth a visit.
Can it explain planning and building regulations?
We can add a short, plain-English guide to what customers might need before work starts. It helps them trust you, and we keep the wording general so it stays accurate.
I subcontract some work. How do I show that?
We describe the full service you offer, for example "design to completion", and you decide how much detail to give about who does what.
Do I really not pay for the preview?
Yes. We build it first. If you don't like it, you owe nothing and we take it down.
What if I want to leave?
On the monthly plan there is a 3-month minimum, paid by Direct Debit. After that you can cancel with 30 days' notice. When you leave, you can let the site close, or buy it and take it with you (see the next question). On the buy outright plan, your first year's hosting is free, then it's month to month: cancel with 30 days' notice and we send you the site files.
Who owns the website?
Your web address and your own photos and words are always yours, on both plans. On buy outright, the whole site is yours once the build price is paid. On monthly, you use the site while the plan runs, and it becomes yours when you buy it.
