* On the monthly plan you can buy your site whenever you like, and every payment you've made counts. Each one takes £20 off the £395 build price. So after a year of monthly payments, you'd pay £155 once to own your site, and from then on just £15 a month (or £95 a year) for hosting. Keep paying monthly and after 20 payments the site is yours at no extra cost, and your bill drops to £15 a month for hosting, or £95 if you pay yearly. Your web address costs about £10 a year and is registered in your name on both plans. Full details in our customer terms.
What a finished site looks like
This example was built for a made-up heating engineer, but every site we make has the same parts: professional photos, online booking, a postcode checker, reviews and a live "open now" status. Yours is written for electrical work.
Straight answers
Will my NICEIC or NAPIT registration be on the site?
Yes, if you give us the details. We show your scheme logo and number and link to the scheme's own checker, so customers can confirm you're registered.
Can landlords book an EICR through the site?
Yes. We can add a short booking form that asks for the address, number of bedrooms and when the certificate is due, so you can quote and book quickly.
I want more EV charger jobs. Can the site push that?
Yes. We put the work you want more of first, with its own page explaining what's involved, and keep smaller jobs further down.
I work on commercial jobs too. Can it show both?
Yes. We can split the site into home and business sections so each customer sees the work that's relevant to them.
Do I really not pay for the preview?
Yes. We build it first. If you don't like it, you owe nothing and we take it down.
What if I want to leave?
On the monthly plan there is a 3-month minimum, paid by Direct Debit. After that you can cancel with 30 days' notice. When you leave, you can let the site close, or buy it and take it with you (see the next question). On the buy outright plan, your first year's hosting is free, then it's month to month: cancel with 30 days' notice and we send you the site files.
Who owns the website?
Your web address and your own photos and words are always yours, on both plans. On buy outright, the whole site is yours once the build price is paid. On monthly, you use the site while the plan runs, and it becomes yours when you buy it.
