* On the monthly plan you can buy your site whenever you like, and every payment you've made counts. Each one takes £20 off the £395 build price. So after a year of monthly payments, you'd pay £155 once to own your site, and from then on just £15 a month (or £95 a year) for hosting. Keep paying monthly and after 20 payments the site is yours at no extra cost, and your bill drops to £15 a month for hosting, or £95 if you pay yearly. Your web address costs about £10 a year and is registered in your name on both plans. Full details in our customer terms.

Straight answers
Can the site show I'm available 24 hours?
Yes, if you are. We show your hours clearly, and a live "open now" status if you want one, so customers know whether to call.
Should I show my prices?
It's up to you. Clear call-out prices build trust in an industry where people worry about the bill, but we can also just say "fixed price agreed before we start".
Can the site show my accreditations?
Yes. We show memberships such as the MLA, DBS checks and insurance, with links so customers can check them.
I do car keys too. Can that go on?
Yes. Each service gets its own page, so someone searching for car key replacement finds that straight away.
Do I really not pay for the preview?
Yes. We build it first. If you don't like it, you owe nothing and we take it down.
What if I want to leave?
On the monthly plan there is a 3-month minimum, paid by Direct Debit. After that you can cancel with 30 days' notice. When you leave, you can let the site close, or buy it and take it with you (see the next question). On the buy outright plan, your first year's hosting is free, then it's month to month: cancel with 30 days' notice and we send you the site files.
Who owns the website?
Your web address and your own photos and words are always yours, on both plans. On buy outright, the whole site is yours once the build price is paid. On monthly, you use the site while the plan runs, and it becomes yours when you buy it.
