* On the monthly plan you can buy your site whenever you like, and every payment you've made counts. Each one takes £20 off the £395 build price. So after a year of monthly payments, you'd pay £155 once to own your site, and from then on just £15 a month (or £95 a year) for hosting. Keep paying monthly and after 20 payments the site is yours at no extra cost, and your bill drops to £15 a month for hosting, or £95 if you pay yearly. Buying your site on the monthly plan
On the monthly plan, every payment takes £20 off the £395 build price. You can buy your site at any point.

Other costs, so there are no surprises
- Your web address (for example yourbusiness.co.uk) costs about £10 a year and is registered in your name on both plans.
- On the buy outright plan, changes after go-live are from £20 each, and we always tell you the price before we start.
- VAT is not charged.
- Nothing else, and no cancellation fees after the minimum term.

Do I really not pay for the preview?
Yes. We build it first. If you don't like it, you owe nothing and we take it down.
What if I want to leave?
On the monthly plan there is a 3-month minimum, paid by Direct Debit. After that you can cancel with 30 days' notice. When you leave, you can let the site close, or buy it and take it with you (see the next question). On the buy outright plan, your first year's hosting is free, then it's month to month: cancel with 30 days' notice and we send you the site files.
Can I switch from monthly to owning my site?
Yes, at any time, and every monthly payment counts. The price is £395 minus £20 for each payment you've made. For example, after 6 payments it's £275, and after 12 payments it's £155. After 20 payments it's £0: the site is yours automatically and your bill drops to £15 a month for hosting (or £95 a year). Once you've bought it, any minimum term left ends, the site is yours, and hosting is £15 a month or £95 a year (or you can move it elsewhere). Buying outright on day one is still the cheapest way, because it includes your first year's hosting free.
Who owns the website?
Your web address and your own photos and words are always yours, on both plans. On buy outright, the whole site is yours once the build price is paid. On monthly, you use the site while the plan runs, and it becomes yours when you buy it.
